This self-paced 21-Day Challenge will give you an opportunity to work with your relationship with Commitment. This practice will bring you into a meditative state using asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), mantra, and mudra. Experience self-empowerment with the support of your community. All participants are invited to share their experience throughout the program in the 21-Day Challenge Group. Course Structure: Each week, a new 30-minute class is released to offer guidance. Daily mini-practice video and contemplation question to support you each day of the 21-day journey.
